How We Handle Your Information
Engle Wash Co. ("we," "us") is a pressure washing and exterior cleaning business based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This page explains what information we collect through englewashco.com, why we collect it, and how it is handled. We keep this simple because our data practices are simple: we collect what we need to give you an estimate and do the job, and nothing else.
Information you give us
When you request an estimate through our form, call, text, or email us, you may share:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- The address of the property to be cleaned
- The services you're interested in, how you heard about us, and any notes you add
- An optional photo of the area you'd like cleaned
We use this information only to contact you about your estimate, schedule and perform the work, and follow up about the job. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use a small number of third-party services that may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached the site:
- Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions so we can read them. Submissions are also emailed to us.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the estimate form from spam. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Geoapify powers the address suggestions in the form. The text you type in the address field is sent to Geoapify to return matching addresses. It is not stored by us until you submit the form.
- Google Analytics, when enabled, helps us understand how people use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether the estimate form was submitted. Analytics data is aggregated and does not include the contents of your estimate request.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel, when we run advertising, helps us measure whether our ads led to estimate requests. It may set cookies in your browser. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences.
These services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though the address suggestions and spam protection rely on the services above.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as needed to serve you and for ordinary business record-keeping. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it from our records and from Netlify's form storage.
Your choices
- You can request an estimate by phone or text instead of the form if you prefer not to use the website.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Children
Our services are for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
