How We Approach the Job

  1. 1

    Exterior glass

Frames and glass are washed and squeegeed or rinsed with purified water for a spot-free dry, depending on the window type and height.

  2. 2

    Interior glass, if included

Cleaned by hand with drop cloths down, sills wiped, and care taken around blinds and furniture.

  3. 3

    Screens, tracks, and extras

When included in the quote, screens are removed and washed, tracks are cleared, and any hard-water restoration is done as a separate step with the right products.

The Benefits

  • More natural light and a clearer view
  • Completes the look after a house wash
  • Removes salt, pollen, and hard-water film that shortens the life of glass and seals
  • Screens and tracks cleaned at the same time when requested

Good to Know

  • For interior cleaning, please clear window sills and move anything fragile away from the windows
  • Let us know about any windows that do not open or screens that are difficult to remove
  • Hard-water etching that has been on the glass for years may improve but not fully disappear; we will assess it first
  • Screens, tracks, and specialty work are included only when they are part of the quote

Pricing. Priced by the number and type of windows. Interior, screens, and specialty work are quoted as add-ons.

Window Questions

Is interior cleaning included?

Interior cleaning is an option you can add to any exterior window quote. Many customers do exterior only after a house wash, and interior once or twice a year.

How often should windows be cleaned?

In coastal Palm Beach County, salt and pollen build up fast. Twice a year is typical for exteriors, and once a year for interiors, though homes near the water often prefer quarterly exteriors.

Can you remove hard-water stains?

Often, yes. Sprinkler and hard-water spotting responds to restoration products that we quote separately. Very old stains can etch the glass permanently, and we will tell you what to expect after looking at it.
